2. What data we process
- Enquiry form: your name, phone or email, and the text of your message.
- WhatsApp and Viber: your phone number, your profile name and the messages you send us.
- Website statistics: no cookies and no personal data. We only see aggregated data: pages visited, which site visitors came from, device type and country.
- Server logs: IP address, time of the visit, requested page and browser type. They are needed for the security of the site.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal: Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- For the security of the site and the aggregated statistics: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest.
We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
4. How long we keep data
- Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- If a contract is concluded: for the duration of the contract and as long as accounting and tax law requires.
- Server logs: up to 14 days.
5. Who receives the data
- Zoho Corporation — the email provider through which we receive enquiries.
- The website's hosting provider: Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany.
- If you write to us on WhatsApp or Viber, your messages are also processed by that company under its own rules.
We work with service providers under data processing agreements.
6. Cookies
The site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising, so we do not show a consent banner.
7. Your rights
